PackingAnyone can publish a good number. The more useful question is what a supplier does on the day the number comes back wrong. This page is our answer, written down so you can hold us to it.

A manufacturer's certificate is written by the one party with the strongest reason for it to pass. That is not dishonesty. It is just how the incentive sits.
Re-testing costs us roughly four per cent of our margin and adds nine days to lead time. We wear both, because the alternative is you finding a two per cent impurity halfway through a study with no way of knowing whether it came from our vial or your bench.

PackingThe temperature logger travels inside with the vials rather than taped to the outside, so it records what your material felt, not what the cardboard felt.
MonitoringIf the readout breaches specification we send the replacement on reading the log. Most of the time you will hear from us before you have opened the first box.
If it goes wrongSingapore for Asia-Pacific, Rotterdam for Europe and the UK. Regional stock means less time in transit and fewer customs stops.
Where it comes fromWritten plainly, because policies that need a lawyer are usually hiding something.
Purity below specification, failed identity, a warm shipment, a cracked vial, the wrong item. Tell us within thirty days and a replacement goes out at our cost.
You do not need to send a compromised vial back, and there is no restocking fee. A photograph of the vial and the logger readout speeds it up, but it is not a condition.
Once material has been reconstituted, decanted, stored outside its stated conditions or sent on to somebody else, we can no longer stand behind the certificate attached to it, so we cannot replace it.
Unopened material that has been stored properly can come back within fourteen days for a refund, less carriage.
Everything here is a laboratory reference chemical. None of it is a medicine.
We do not publish dosing information, administration guidance or health claims, and we will not supply them if you ask. That is not us being awkward. It is the line between a research supplier and an unlicensed pharmacy, and staying on the right side of it is the whole business.
